Bri’s dog training roots began in Kansas City, Missouri. After working in vet clinics and operating as management at boarding and daycare facilities, she embarked on dog training apprenticeships and mentorships with KC veteran dog trainers. With a few years of apprenticing under her belt, she then joined forces with a KC based training group where she interned for a short while before training full time.
With a growing clientele, Bri began to find her niche with behavior modification and focused her efforts on training both dog and client. Bri began to focus her energy on her new found placement in the dog world and it was then that Lead Your Dog came forward, the training company that trained the owner with the dog.
After officiating the business and operating in the KCMO and Kansas areas, Lead Your Dog and Bri hit the road for a relocation to southern Missouri. She now operates Lead Your Dog out of Joplin, Missouri and services clients all around America. Still centering her training philosophy in comprehensive dog training, she specializes in behavior modification and obedience for dogs of any size and age.
Bri regularly offers new opportunities for clients and has diversified her training to include insured therapy programs, off leash activities and public manners. She has cultivated partnerships with several rescues as to help rehab hard to adopt dogs while teaching owners and handlers how to maintain the training. Bri is continually growing her training and maintains a regular CE policy to ensure the best quality standards.
Bri is a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP,) a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator through the American Kennel Club, Therapy Dog Handler and volunteer with youth organizations in the four states area.
